Refund policy


Payments already made to Appinvoice for any module(s) or plan(s) will not be refunded, once the payment is processed by the payment gateway irrespective of the billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

Upon cancellation of your account or downgrading your account to Appinvoice Free plan, you won't be charged again unless otherwise for any due amounts incurred before the downgrade or account cancellation.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time by logging into your account and selecting the Reset or Cancel Account link under Settings. From this page, select the Cancel Account tab. Or contact our support support@appinvoice.com

How can I change my plan?

To change your plan, add/remove modules, or downgrade your account to Appinvoice Free plan, please click the Upgrade link on your dashboard.
